At Unlike The Rest, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the order being received.

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange.

2. Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

3. Return the Item: Carefully package the item and send it back to us using the provided instructions.

4. Processing: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.

Please note that items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to qualify for a return or exchange. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
